
Mr. Moeller, one of the Company founders, establishes the long-term vision and strategic direction of Dade Moeller. Under his leadership, the Company has grown from 3 employees at a single office in 1994, to more than 300 employees at locations across the United States generating annual revenues in excess of $50 million. His natural leadership skills, genuine integrity, technical expertise, and attentive people skills have established Dade Moeller as a leader in the occupational and environmental health sciences fields. He continues to serve on corporate, charitable and professional society board of directors and committees providing contributions benefiting from his business experience.

Mr. McCormack sets the tone for Dade Moeller through his governance of Company day-to-day operations including client services, infrastructure and business development activities. He leads efforts to develop and implement Company business strategies, objectives, and priorities. His single goal is to manage and achieve the Company vision in an ethical and safe manner. Dave has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as Dade Moeller has grown dramatically in recent years. His direction of our leadership team and oversight of business development continues to position Dade Moeller optimally for current and future business opportunities and conditions.

Mr. Caprio has been instrumental in positioning Dade Moeller as a business leader epitomizing ethics and integrity in the delivery of services for accounting, contracting and partnering with other companies. His goal is to preserve the assets of Dade Moeller by optimizing corporate risks and benefits and ensuring precise accounting at all levels of Company operations. He formulates and implements the Company’s fiscal strategies and plans while advocating a corporate financial culture based on honesty, integrity and common sense. He works daily with the Chief Executive Officer and President to implement the overall direction and objectives identified for the Company, including strategies to improve overall Company value for our shareholder employees.

Mr. Potter currently manages the details of our Company’s day-to-day business operations. Formerly serving as the manager of business development, he brings critical insights to the needs and priorities of delivering company services both externally to clients and internally to our project teams. His focus on current work and anticipating future resource and project needs ensures integration with the Company’s financial, contractual, and business development functions. He teams with the President, CFO and CEO to deliver on corporate business tactics, scope new opportunities, allocate critical resources, and implement operational development plans.

Having joined Dade Moeller in February 1995, Mr. Kennedy has provided leadership to the Company serving on the Board of Directors and as Secretary. In the latter role, he ensures compliance with the requirements set forth in the Bylaws and other governance documents for the activities of the Board, Shareholders, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan Trustees. These activities include providing recordkeeping for official meetings of our employee-owned corporation. He also helps guide and implement the Company‘s vision and strategy and provides leadership and executive management to specific business areas and other initiatives as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Merwin, one of the Company founders, has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer since the inception of Dade Moeller. As Treasurer, he actively engages in the financial planning and projections for the Company. He manages Company stock ownership data and oversees most high-level financial matters including independent valuation of the Company stock and preparation of the annual plan for distributions paid to shareholders. Since 2006, he has focused considerable attention on acquisitions. He also helps guide and implement the Company‘s vision and strategy and provides leadership and executive management on other initiatives as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.
